Return Request Process

- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or other approved methods.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a product with a size issue or defect, you may request an exchange instead of a refund (subject to product availability).
Exchange requests must be submitted within the return eligibility period.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
