All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
During high demand periods, festive seasons, or promotional sales, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.
Delivery Time
Delivery timelines are calculated after the order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery time:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote & rural areas: 5–9 business days
Actual delivery time may vary depending on courier operations, location accessibility, and external factors.
Shipping Charges
We aim to keep shipping simple and affordable.
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999 across India
- Flat ₹79 shipping charge on orders below ₹999
Shipping charges (if applicable) will always be displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details through SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
You will also receive a tracking link that allows you to monitor your shipment in real time through the courier partner’s website.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for most serviceable locations across India.
However, COD may not be available in certain remote areas depending on courier service availability.
In some cases, our team may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch to ensure smooth delivery.

Nezamart currently delivers to most locations across India through our courier partners.
If your location is not serviceable, our support team will contact you regarding your order and provide further assistance.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Nezamart is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
• incorrect or incomplete address details
• unreachable phone number
• customer unavailable at delivery time
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address details, reshipping charges may apply.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location.
If this happens, you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
